What if I don't know my exact birth time? +
An accurate birth time is important for precise Ascendant, house, and Dasha calculations. If you don't know your exact birth time, provide the closest approximation you have (from a birth certificate, hospital record, or family memory). Our astrologer will note the uncertainty in the analysis and adjust accordingly. Completely unknown birth times limit the depth of chart-specific answers.
Is this AI-generated or a real human astrologer? +
Every answer is written by a human Vedic astrologer — not AI, not a template, not a software report. Your chart is actually studied, your Dasha period is computed, and your question is answered in the context of your specific planetary configuration. That's why answers take up to 48 hours rather than being instant.
Can I ask follow-up questions? +
Yes — each query slot in your tier is independent. You can use any slot for a follow-up on a previous answer, a clarification, or an entirely new topic. There's no obligation to cover different subjects — you can deepen one area across multiple questions if that's what you need.
What happens if I don't use all my queries? +
Unused queries expire at the end of your validity period (30, 60, or 180 days depending on your tier). We send reminder emails as your validity period approaches expiry — at the halfway mark, at 25% remaining, and again in the final 7 days — so you have ample opportunity to use your remaining slots. Unused queries cannot be carried forward after expiry.
Is my birth data and consultation kept private? +
Absolutely. Your birth data, questions, and answers are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. Your private portal is accessible only through your unique login credentials. Our team handles your data with the same discretion expected of any professional consultation.
What is your refund policy? +
Consultations can be refunded in full within 24 hours of purchase, provided no questions have been submitted yet. Once a question has been answered, refunds are not available for that query.
